Delivery Process
Delivery service is available Monday to Friday. Weekend is only available by appontment.
We will contact you 2-3 days before your scheduled delivery date to confirm your delivery.
On the morning of your delivery, we’ll call again to give you an approximate time we expect to arrive.
In-Home delivery

Touchless Doorstep Delivery
With our touchless doorstep delivery option, our delivery agents will deliver your order to your front door, porch or garage if you live in a house or townhouse, and to the front door of your suite if you live in an apartment or condo. Delivery agents will greet you at the door while maintaining a two meter/six foot physical distance.

All products will be uncrated and inspected for damage at the time of drop off.
We will also take away any packaging that you do not require and recycle it.
