Our Shipping Policy
At the moment, items purchased from JustOrder Technology can be be Picked up by the customers.
Our Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at JustOrder Technology.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and comfortable shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of the delivery or pickup, provided that the product has not been used or installed.

Items with open, altered or missing packaging may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. In addition, you may be charged a retrieval fee if you require us to retrieve your product.

The following items cannot be returned:
Special order products;
Floor model or open box products or products otherwise purchased "as is";
Parts and accessories; and
Products that have been installed or used by you.
